The first Vesta factory in Izmir became operational in 2011. This factory produces dried figs, sun-dried tomatoes and paste products. For all these product groups, conventional and organic production is available.

Within its 3000 m² indoor area it comprises a 500 m² cold storage, a jar line, a segregated unit for fruit & nut bars and fruit balls and a fully equipped laboratory.
